Safety, health and environment are inseparable in all the activities and transactions that are part of the day-to-day work of TENACE. The promotion of occupational health and environmental protection are priority issues, the reason for which the company invests in an Integrated Management System that ensures compliance with applicable legal requirements and allows for constant identification and control of environmental hazards and damage.

This is seen by the continuous upgrading of its operational procedures, aimed at protecting employee workplace safety and health and preventing environmental pollution.

The high performance achieved in the services provided is the result of the efforts of more than two thousand employees and from competent management, which is aligned with customer needs and the growth of the country.

The concept of individual and collective security, associated with the idea that all accidents can be avoided, are principles that should be made by all employees in their day-to-day activities, inside or outside of the company. TENACE's actions about the environment are founded on a Policy, implemented through an effective Integrated Management System, whose main activity is compliance with environmental laws and relevant regulations relating to the company's activities. This includes the continuous updating of its production procedures in order to prevent environmental pollution and negative impacts.
