In partnership with CIEE and SENAI, TENACE implemented the Certification Program for young people in Salvador and Camaçari, in 2006, with apprenticeship in Industrial Electricity, Boilers, Welding and Administrative Routines. Today, the Mossoró and Manaus branches have 4 and 14 apprentices respectively. The program's purpose is to offer the opportunity of a first job, and to guarantee a methodical, professional technical training compatible with the physical, moral and psychological development of young people, as well as contributing to their family’s income. Since 2007, 103 apprentices have already graduated, including 22 who are currently employed in the company.
