Corporate Social Responsibility

Believing that the function of an organization goes beyond merely generating profits and jobs, TENACE has been, in appreciation of its human capital - a main activity in the area of human resources - investing in staff training for the valorization, development and retention of their talents.

Keen to promote socially responsible management, TENACE maintains a Corporate Social Responsibility Program which helps to reduce social inequalities by adopting standards of conduct involving the valorization of human beings, society and environment through an Action Plan that includes Projects, Campaigns and Events, nationwide; operating in education, vocational skills and the strengthening of citizenship; all aligned with the principles of the eight Millennium Development Goals.

Here it is worth highlighting, with public recognition that includes the Ministry of Labor, the Program for Inclusion of People with Disabilities, Apprentice Program, Digital Inclusion Program, Adult Education Program, The Internship and Trainee Program, Safety at Home and the encouraging of volunteerism.
