TRAINEE PROGRAM

TENACE is selecting candidates for its TRAINEE PROGRAM 2011!

Requirements:

Higher Education in Mechanical Engineering, Civil and Electrical (Electrotechnical), advanced computing (Office Package), English desirable and willingness to travel and change states.

Behavioral Requirements:

Initiative, leadership, good interpersonal relationship skills, excellent verbal and written communication, facility for teamwork, planning, creativity and innovation.

Area of Operation:

Construction, assembly and maintenance in industrial units, and in oil, gas, chemical and petrochemical plants.

Program Structure:

The Trainee Program has a maximum duration of 24 months. During this period the trainee will undergo activities demanded by his position in the area in which he/she was designated, and always with the guidance of his/her leader.

Stages of Development:

Position Experience

To provide a complete vision about the area in which the trainee will be operating, and to allow for the acquisition of practical skills.

Technical and Behavioral Skills Development Program

The program divides into modules in which the following subjects are discussed: Planning and Contract Management, Budget, Leadership, as well as other area-specific subjects.

Evaluation and Monitoring

During the program the trainee will be monitored by their leader and the program manager, with focus in their development process.

Beyond this personal and direct monitoring, biannual technical and behavioral assessments will be performed and follow-up meetings.

inal Report

At the end of the program the trainee will elaborate a final program history report.

Project Application

This consists of the development of a proposal, which identifies an opportunity for improvement, or the establishment of a new process, in the department in which the trainee belongs.
